Shipping and Delivery
As soon as your order is created and packaged, the shipping company receives your package. We will promptly email you your tracking number and shipping carrier details. Sometimes it can take up to a full business day for your tracking link to update with real-time information.
It can be unnerving when your tracking information takes longer than usual to update. Sometimes this can happen during busy holiday seasons when shipping carriers experience higher volumes of shipments. If you feel it's taking longer than it should, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping company. You can find their contact information in the tracking email we sent you. They'll be able to give you the most up-to-date information on your delivery's progress. If your order seems lost in transit, please contact us so we can prepare a replacement.
Good news! We use printing facilities with local printshops in over 30 countries worldwide, decreasing transportation time and carbon emissions. The location of the printshop that makes and ships your order depends on your shipping address.
Yes! Designed With Meaning partners with a production partner with printshops in over 30 countries, allowing us to deliver your 'story and style' wherever you call home.
It's possible. We partner with a production partner that has relationships with printshops in over 30 countries, and we strive to produce and deliver your artwork as close to home as possible. However, sometimes fulfillment of an order involves cross-border delivery when local production is not available. We are happy to check on the potential of customs fees if you send us an email with the medium you are interested in (ex. unframed print, wrapped canvas, etc) and the shipping address. Payment of customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the shipment receiver.

Standard Shipping:
- Within USA: 6-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 6-12 business days
Express Shipping:
- Within USA: 4-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 4-5 business days
Specialty Mediums (i.e. Wrapped Canvas; Acrylic Prints)
Standard Shipping:
- Within USA: 9-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 6-25 business days
Express Shipping:
- Within USA: 4-5 business days

When you're checking out, you can opt for Express Shipping. Estimated delivery dates are available on the checkout page for both Standard and Express Shipping. Just a heads up though! Once you place your order, it is not possible for us to update your order with a faster shipping speed. Please choose Express Shipping at checkout if you need your order more quickly than Standard Shipping provides.
Oh no, it seems like your order hasn't arrived as expected. We're here to help! There's a chance your order might be waiting for you at a local pickup point or parcel shop, or it may have been returned to us. Here's what you can do to find it:
- Keep an eye out for any attempted delivery notes.
- Check with any neighbors that sometimes accept packages on your behalf.
