Personalized orders
Personalized orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your design details (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you opt to see a proof of your design, your order will not be shipped until we receive your approval of your design.
Non-personalized orders
Non-personalized orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Free shipping is included on all orders shipping within the United States.
*Delivery Estimate includes processing time to create your physical artwork.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please email us (hello@withmeaning.com) for a custom quote on international shipping price and delivery estimates.
Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Designed With Meaning is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your domestic order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@withmeaning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you haven’t received your international order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@withmeaning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns are not accepted for personalized items, but please contact us if you have a problem with your order. Read our Return Policy.
We accept returns of non-personalized items up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@withmeaning.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will replace your damaged order at no cost to you.
