Our return policy covers returns of *non-personalized* items in new or “like-new” condition up to 14 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include personalized items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you decide you don’t like what you ordered and it’s non-personalized and in new or “like-new” condition, contact us for return instructions. Your refund will be issued 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. You can contact us.

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items, including non-personalized wearings. In order to start an exchange, contact us.
