Have an issue with a personalized order?
Because we design and process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to change or cancel it if it has already been finalized for printing. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if this is a possibility: email@example.com
Need help with a non-personalized order?
You may return any full priced items within 30 days (45 for international orders) of purchase, as long as they unused/unworn, and in the original packaging. Returns are buyer's responsibility. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.

Shipping issues happen from time to time. We're here to help.
If you package arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and detailed photos of the damaged items AND the shipping box. These photos help us recoup lost shipping expenses from the shipping carriers. We will process your replacement order within 5 business days from receiving your email and photos.
If your package appears lost in transit, we will monitor your order. Sometimes packages have a way of appearing from nowhere. After 14 days from the expected delivery date, we will process your replacement order.
If your package is marked "delivered" but you cannot find your package, email us firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes packages are delivered within a few days of being marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Ultimately, we are not responsible for replacing stolen packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within 5 business days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. We will ensure you get the proper item and send our apologies for our mistake. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.
Your order is in great hands. On the slim chance that it arrives with a defect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the defect.
